Why Baneshwar Estate

Baneshwar today is what Katraj was few years back!

15-20 years ago, today's ambegaon and katraj were considered as the future south Pune. The plots, in this area, which are available at soaring high prices, were once available at extremely affordable rates.

How would there be any development in this jungle? It would take at least 2 generation for roads to be built here! Ambegaon? It seems to be so far from swargate!
